PACE Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
This policy applies to paid PACE Calculator subscriptions. By authorizing checkout, you agree to the recurring price and interval displayed before purchase. The current individual plans are $3.99 monthly and $29.99 annually, plus applicable tax shown at checkout.
Automatic renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled. Your payment method is charged through Stripe/Link, our checkout and billing provider. Receipts, payment-method changes and billing management are accessible from PACE → My Account → Manage billing or via the provider’s customer support channels. Paid access begins only when payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using My Account → Manage billing. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid term stops future automatic renewals; your access ordinarily continues through the paid period’s end. Canceling does not require contacting P2ED or completing a retention survey. To confirm cancellation, check the date displayed in your billing portal or confirmation.
Payment failures
If a renewal payment fails, PACE may continue access for a grace period of up to 14 days measured from the first failed renewal payment. The provider may retry the payment. If the subscription ends following unsuccessful retries or expiration of the grace period, paid access ends unless another valid entitlement applies.
Refunds
Generally, subscription charges are nonrefundable and P2ED does not provide prorated refunds for unused time. Exceptions apply where required by law or granted under the payment provider’s applicable policies. Stripe/Link, acting as merchant of record for Managed Payments transactions, may review and issue refunds, including discretionary refunds. You may request billing help through the billing portal, your purchase receipt, Link support, or paige@p2-ed.com. Cancellation by itself is not a refund request.
Trials, rewards and separate entitlements
The seven-day trial requires no payment card and does not automatically become paid. A qualifying free-year feedback reward does not automatically renew as a paid subscription. Purchasing a subscription is a separate, affirmative decision. Trial, reward and separately granted access do not end solely because an independently purchased paid subscription is canceled.
Merchant of record and taxes
For transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments, the applicable Stripe/Link entity acts as merchant of record and handles indirect taxes in supported jurisdictions under its terms. Charges may appear with a Link-related descriptor on bank statements. The full price and applicable taxes appear during checkout. P2ED remains responsible for its own non-transaction business tax obligations.
