PACE Calculator Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Posey Precision Education, LLC (“P2ED,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use PACE Calculator (“PACE”). This policy applies to the PACE application rather than the informational website at p2-ed.com, which has a separate privacy notice.
Information collected
- Account details: email address, account identifier, authentication and account-status information.
- Calculator content: school or district labels, staffing and teacher counts, observation and feedback requirements, scheduling estimates, saved configurations, and calculation history that you choose to enter or save.
- Pilot and feedback data: trial enrollment and network/IP-based anti-duplication signals, survey answers, review decisions and rewards.
- Subscription information: plan, subscription state, purchase identifiers, invoice and renewal status received from the payment provider. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe/Link, not entered into a P2ED-hosted card form.
- Operational data: security and diagnostic logs, device or browser details, and application-usage events where enabled.
How we use information
To authenticate accounts, operate and save calculations, provide trials and paid access, prevent trial abuse, process and document feedback, administer the 30-account reward program, support customers, improve PACE, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
PACE uses cloud hosting/database and identity services associated with the Lovable/Supabase application, and Stripe/Link for checkout, subscription management, payment-related support, and taxes where its Managed Payments service applies. These providers process information under their respective terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information where legally required or needed to protect rights and security.
Who can see your content
PACE uses user-specific access controls for saved profiles and history. Authorized P2ED administrators may need access to account, pilot and support-related records to operate the service. Avoid entering student names, student education records, sensitive personal information, or any data not necessary for administrative capacity calculations. PACE is not intended as a student records system.
Security and retention
We employ account authentication and database access restrictions; no service can promise absolute security. We retain records while needed to provide services, maintain accounting and audit history, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Expiration of a trial or subscription may temporarily prevent access to saved content without immediately deleting it. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact us. Certain transaction, security, and audit records may need to be retained.
Your choices
You can update billing details and cancel subscriptions through PACE’s My Account → Manage billing option. For questions about personal information, data-access requests, or account deletion, email paige@p2-ed.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children and changes
PACE is intended for adult education professionals and is not designed for children. We may update this policy; the revised effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate or required.
