PACE Calculator Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PACE Calculator, a subscription-based planning tool provided by Posey Precision Education, LLC (“P2ED”). By creating an account or using PACE, you agree to these terms and the PACE Privacy Policy. Paid purchases are additionally subject to the checkout disclosures and the Billing & Cancellation Policy.
What PACE does
PACE helps education administrators estimate whether available administrative time is sufficient for planned teacher observations, feedback, and follow-up. Outputs depend on information and assumptions entered by the user. They are planning estimates, not guarantees of legal compliance, staffing adequacy, educational results, or individualized professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs against their own policies and requirements.
Accounts and permitted use
Accounts are intended for individual authorized users who can provide accurate registration information and safeguard account credentials. Do not share login credentials, circumvent access restrictions, exploit trial eligibility, interfere with the service, or enter confidential student-level records. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and must have authority to enter it.
One-time seven-day trial
Eligible new users may start one seven-day free trial without providing a payment card. P2ED uses email normalization and network/IP review to detect repeat enrollment and abuse. Shared school or organizational networks may be flagged for administrator review rather than automatically rejected. The trial ends after seven days; it does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Trial accounts retain any access separately earned or purchased.
Feedback and first 30 reward years
Trial participants are asked to submit the required feedback survey. P2ED reviews submissions for completeness and relevance. The first 30 participants whose qualifying feedback is approved and who pass eligibility review receive one year of complimentary access, beginning on the approval/award date. Submission alone does not guarantee approval or an award. Rewards are limited, have no cash value, and do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. An administrator may reject fraudulent, ineligible, or inappropriate submissions. Feedback may be used in aggregate or de-identified form to improve and evaluate the product; we will seek permission before identifying a user or organization in a public testimonial.
Paid subscription access
PACE offers individually purchased, automatically renewing subscriptions at the prices disclosed at checkout, currently $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year before any applicable taxes. Payment is voluntary and is not required to start the no-card trial. See the Billing & Cancellation Policy for renewal, cancellation, payment failure, and refund terms. No free trial or reward automatically triggers a paid charge.
Availability and enforcement
We may perform maintenance, change product features, or suspend accounts for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect legitimate customer records. Access may stop when no valid trial, reward, administrative grant, or paid entitlement remains. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
Ownership and limitations
PACE software, designs, and brand materials belong to P2ED or its licensors. You receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service while eligible. You may use your own planning inputs and outputs for legitimate professional purposes. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, P2ED disclaims warranties not expressly provided and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on estimated results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
